Your new role
To plan, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across various online channels that drive brand awareness and increase traffic and high-quality leads.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and achieve business objectives.
- Daily management of the social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Creating engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media and email marketing.
- Monitor and analyse campaign data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the development and execution of social marketing strategies that take into consideration insights captured from previous activities.
- Work with agency partners to oversee the day to day management of social media channels, including content approvals, ideation, planning, community management and strategy.
- Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timelines are aligned with business objectives such as campaigns, promotions and product launches.
- Staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and best practices to support innovative strategies that drive continuous improvement.
- Work with agencies to brief social media content to inspire, educate and inform creatives across all levels and ages.
- Analyse paid media campaigns to identify key learnings and actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Support the increase in purchase conversion by implementing engaging re-marketing campaigns.
- Enhance the customer segmentation journey by tailoring digital campaigns to deliver a more personalised brand experience.
- Conduct keyword research and optimise content to improve organic search rankings that drive targeted traffic.
- Monitor and analyse website analytics and campaign performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
- Extensive experience managing social media platforms and a keen awareness of changing trends.
- Proven work experience in a similar role - Agency and brand experience is highly regarded.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and display advertising.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, with experience of driving insight.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta business suite and email marketing software.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to synthesise insights from multiple data sources.
- Added bonus for previous photography experience.
