Your New Role
Your new role will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and optimise social media marketing strategies. The focus will be on managing the practices' social media accounts across a variety of platforms. This will include:
- Content Creation: Developing and curating engaging content for the organisation's Instagram and Facebook accounts.
- Paid Campaigns: Planning and executing paid social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract new patients.
- Organic Growth: Fostering community engagement through organic posts, stories, and interactions.
- Analytics and Insights: Monitoring social media performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the Videographer, Digital Marketing Manager and Clinicians to align social media efforts with patient needs.
- Brand Consistency: Maintaining consistent branding across all social media channels.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in retail, consumer goods or agency industries.
- Proficiency in Instagram and Facebook platforms.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with followers.
- Passion for promoting health and wellness through social media.
