Tasks and responsibilities:

• Maintaining site housekeeping and ensuring work areas remain clean and organised
• Safe operation of site equipment in accordance with licences and site requirements
• Loading, unloading, moving and positioning materials around site
• Assisting trades and site supervisors with daily construction tasks
• Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Working collaboratively with site management, subcontractors and other workers
• Assisting with concrete, formwork, structural, fit-out and finishing stage activities as required
• Conducting pre-start equipment checks and reporting faults or hazards if applicable

What you'll need to succeed

• Current Construction White Card

• Previous experience working on commercial or high-rise construction projects

• Experience using a variety of hand and power tools

• Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures

• Reliable transport and attendance

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks

• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
