With their continued growth, we are looking for an experienced, passionate, hardworking individual to join their expanding business. This individual will possess a positive 'can do' attitude along with substantial experience in supervising across multiple custom-building sites.

Site Managers play an important role in delivering their award-winning homes. They are responsible for supervising and coordinating construction, ensuring that trades meet quality, time frames and WHS requirements. Working across multiple builds, your ability to organise, engage and support is critical to your success in this fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the overall execution and quality finish of homes
• Plan, manage, coordinate and track the progress of builds in collaboration with the construction support team.
• Be the primary point of contact for customers during the build stage and foster positive customer relationships as part of their build journey
• Provide your subbies with a professional experience you are proud of
• Join an experienced construction team and be provided with hands-on training

What you'll need to succeed

• Recent experience supervising new residential home builds
• Detailed understanding of South Australian building codes and regulations
• Technically minded and an aptitude for project management and
• Experience monitoring and controlling ETS spending
• Tertiary qualification in construction trade qualification or equivalent
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and promotion of a safety culture on your sites
• Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people and build positive relationships
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical construction detailing
