A well-established residential builder with a strong project pipeline is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee multiple standalone, single-storey turnkey dwellings across the Toowoomba region. With approximately 15 active sites, this builder is focused on quality delivery, strong client relationships and efficient construction programs.

Your new role

As Site Supervisor, you will manage day-to-day onside delivery of new home builds, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to specification. You will work closely with trades, suppliers, and the internal construction team.

• Oversee construction of single-storey, standalone turnkey homes across multiple sites
• Manage site scheduling, workflow, and subcontractor coordination
• Conduct site inspections, maintain WHS compliance, and manage safety documentation
• Maintain strong relationships with trades and internal teams to drive project outcomes

What you'll need to succeed

• QBCC Low Rise Builder Supervisor licence (mandatory)
• Proven experience supervising residential new builds
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, trades, WHS, and quality control
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to oversee 15+ sites efficiently within a fast‑paced environment
