Your new role

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of multiple investment homes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You’ll coordinate trades, manage site safety, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery across all sites.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction
• Strong understanding of building processes and compliance requirements
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites and trades simultaneously
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Valid Driving Licence
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
