Your new role

As the Site Supervisor, you’ll be an all-rounder overseeing insurance repair works across commercial and residential sites. You’ll manage trades, coordinate jobs from start to finish and ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. This is a practical, site-based role suited to someone with strong construction knowledge who enjoys variety and autonomy in their day.

• Supervising insurance repair and restoration projects
• Coordinating trades and subcontractors onsite
• Managing site safety, quality and daily progress
• Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Resolving site issues and keeping projects moving efficiently

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you’ll bring a strong construction background and a hands-on attitude. Insurance experience is highly regarded, along with a trade or carpentry background.

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar leadership role
• Trade/carpentry background preferred
• QBCC licence, or at minimum a Certificate IV with plans to obtain your QBCC
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
