Your new role

• Coordinating on-site construction activities, including subcontractors, labour and material deliveries
• Monitoring the progress and quality of subcontractor works
• Liaising with subcontractors to maintain programme and cost objectives
• Supporting the delivery of works in line with the project management plan
• Developing a strong understanding of contract documentation and project scope
• Ensuring site activities align with safety, quality and environmental requirements
• Managing site issues and subcontractor performance in line with industry standards

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience working on construction sites in a supervisory capacity
• A trade background (preferred but not essential)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• The ability to coordinate multiple work fronts and stakeholders
• A proactive attitude with a focus on safety and quality outcomes
• Relevant site certifications including White Card, First Aid and Fire Warden.
