Your new role
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role on either a health or aged care project within the Sydney metropolitan area. Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager, you will help drive day-to-day site operations and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating on-site construction activities, including subcontractors, labour and material deliveries
- Monitoring the progress and quality of subcontractor works
- Liaising with subcontractors to maintain programme and cost objectives
- Supporting the delivery of works in line with the project management plan
- Developing a strong understanding of contract documentation and project scope
- Ensuring site activities align with safety, quality and environmental requirements
- Managing site issues and subcontractor performance in line with industry standards
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience working on construction sites in a supervisory capacity
- A trade background (preferred but not essential)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- The ability to coordinate multiple work fronts and stakeholders
- A proactive attitude with a focus on safety and quality outcomes
- Relevant site certifications including White Card, First Aid and Fire Warden.
