Your new company:
Our client is a well-established building contractor with a strong pipeline of work across the aged care and health sectors. They are currently delivering an aged care project in Western Sydney and require an experienced Site Supervisor to support the project team on a short term contract basis.

Your new role:
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of site activities to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard of quality. This is a 12 week contract suited to an experienced supervisor who can step in and add immediate value.

Key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers on site
Managing site safety, inductions and compliance with WHS requirements
Monitoring program and productivity to meet project milestones
Ensuring quality control and adherence to project specifications
Liaising closely with the project team and consultants
Maintaining site records, documentation and reporting

What you’ll need to succeed:
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on aged care, healthcare or similar commercial projects up to $50 million
Strong understanding of Australian building standards and WHS requirements
Ability to manage multiple trades and resolve site issues proactively
Strong communication and leadership skills
White Card
