Your New Company:
An established commercial builder with a strong pipeline of work across the south coast is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of an education project in Moss Vale. This is a short term contract opportunity suited to a hands on supervisor who can step in and add immediate value on site.

Your New Role:
As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day to day coordination and supervision of site activities to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will manage subcontractors, oversee site operations and maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:
Daily supervision of site activities and trades
Coordination and management of subcontractors
Ensuring WHS compliance and site safety at all times
Monitoring programme and assisting with short term planning
Conducting site meetings, inductions and toolbox talks
Maintaining site records, reporting and quality control
Liaising with consultants, inspectors and stakeholders as required

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial or education projects
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple trades and meet tight deadlines
Strong understanding of WHS requirements
Relevant qualifications (Trade background, Cert IV in Building & Construction or similar)
Current White Card
