Your new role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities across multiple projects
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, company policies, and site safety procedures
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers and trades to ensure productivity and quality outcomes
- Monitor project timelines and proactively manage delays or risks
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks
- Interpret construction drawings, specifications and contract documentation
- Manage site reporting, including progress updates, incident reports and site diaries
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including project managers, estimators and clients
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with relevant codes and standards
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor within residential, modular or light commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing and site coordination
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and competing priorities
- Sound understanding of WHS legislation and safety management
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- QBCC Supervisor Licence (or ability to obtain) preferred
- Valid driver’s licence
