Your new role

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities across multiple projects
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, company policies, and site safety procedures
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers and trades to ensure productivity and quality outcomes
• Monitor project timelines and proactively manage delays or risks
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications and contract documentation
• Manage site reporting, including progress updates, incident reports and site diaries
• Liaise with internal stakeholders including project managers, estimators and clients
• Ensure all works are completed in accordance with relevant codes and standards

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor within residential, modular or light commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing and site coordination
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and competing priorities
• Sound understanding of WHS legislation and safety management
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• QBCC Supervisor Licence (or ability to obtain) preferred
• Valid driver’s licence
