Hays are currently recruiting a site supervisor to work north of the river on a number of new ongoing projects. This commercial builder has over 30 internal staff and values work-life balance.

Your new role

• This commercial organisation has ongoing work confirmed for the next 12 months with nothing slowing down.

• Specialising in fast food, retail, childcare, fuel stations and other commercial buildings, the work is endless.

• Location wise, they have work from Gearlton to Bunbury. Based on your location, they are very committed to reducing travel.

• This particular role will be to manage a number of projects around 20–30 m north of the city.

• Projects will include new builds of a pub, car wash, gym & fuel station.
• Within this company, you are supported by project managers & construction managers who are hands-on.
• Teamwork within this company is very important, as well as work-life balance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience of managing new builds of fuel stations, retail outlets, fast food, supermarkets or similar projects (Australian experience desired)

• Managing projects from $5–15 M in value

• Managing on-site subcontractors of 20+ staffing

• Ability to manage sites from civil works to handover

• Ability to be hands-on and a team player to ensure work is completed

• Work within deadlines and keep project timeframes
• Qualification in construction
