Hays is recruiting a site supervisor for a growing organisation. This construction organisation is expanding their team and branching out to modular construction. Based in Perth and working alongside the metro area, you will oversee the manufacturing, construction and installation of a number of residential modular builds.

Your new role

• Managing a team of trades to ensure modular residential manufacturing, construction and installation is of the highest standard.

• Ensure quality, budget and timeline are accurate
• Manufacturing facilities will be in house and, therefore, you will be based there during the manufacturing and construction phase.
• Overseeing installation

What you'll need to succeed

• It is essential that you have current experience working as a site supervisor, managing trades on a modular project.

• Experience in modular residential construction is essential (at least 2 years)

• Managing a similar project as a site supervisor within construction

• Knowledge of buy to rent processes and procedures
• WA National Codes and Conducts within construction
