Our client, a growing builder and developer in the GC and Brisbane, has a fantastic reputation in the market and is successfully growing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring construction progresses according to schedule and budget, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.


Your new role

In this role you will oversee all construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, manage teams including subcontractors and labourers, enforce safety regulations and quality standards, coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders, and resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently.

You will be supported by a team of project engineers and admins and will have access to the director of the business who is heavily involved through all phases.

What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you will bring a strong delegation and exceptional communication skills, ensuring the project flows efficiently and cohesively with all team members.
You will also have the following qualities and skills:

  • Proven experience in site managing a 6-storey + residential development.
  • Prioritisation and adaptability
  • Leadership and delegation
  • Time management
  • QBCC supervisor licence
