Site Manager / Senior Site Supervisor – Residential Townhouses

A well-established residential builder with a strong reputation across Brisbane’s eastern suburbs is seeking an experienced Site Manager or skilled Site Supervisor to join its growing team. The business delivers high‑quality townhouse and medium‑density developments and has a long-term pipeline of work across the region.

Your new role

You will manage a smaller-scale townhouse development, taking responsibility for day-to-day site operations and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. This role offers a clear development pathway, with future opportunities to move onto larger and more complex projects as part of the builder’s expanding portfolio.
Key responsibilities
  • Overseeing daily site operations on a residential townhouse project
  • Coordinating subcontractors, materials, and onsite activities
  • Managing programmes, sequencing and short-term scheduling
  • Ensuring compliance with WHS, QA and internal build systems
  • Conducting inspections, site meetings and progress reporting
  • Driving build quality, safety culture and efficient delivery

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience as a Site Manager or strong Site Supervisor within residential construction
  • Background delivering townhouses, medium-density, or multi-res builds
  • Strong trade, construction or supervisory foundation
  • Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and maintaining site standards
  • Ability to take ownership of a project and manage multiple trades
