Site Manager required for Aged Care Project, Sydney
6-month contract role – Strong potential to go permanent if desired

Step into a career-defining opportunity at the helm of one of Sydney’s most significant new aged care developments. We’re seeking a high‑calibre Site Manager to lead on-site delivery for a landmark project, combining premium residential care, medical-grade facilities, and community-focused design.

This is a contract position to start, with a genuine pathway to permanency for someone who proves they can drive excellence, lead people well, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Overseeing day‑to‑day site operations on a complex, multi‑stage aged care build
  • Managing subcontractors, site teams, and construction sequencing
  • Ensuring safety, compliance, and quality benchmarks are consistently met
  • Working closely with the Project Manager and senior leadership to maintain the program and budget
  • Driving a positive, solutions‑focused culture on site
  • Representing the builder professionally with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on large‑scale commercial, health, or aged care projects
  • Strong leadership presence and the ability to coordinate large teams
  • Deep understanding of construction methodology, safety systems, and high‑spec finishes
  • A proactive communicator who thrives in complex environments
  • Someone who takes ownership and delivers with pride
