Your new role

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to oversee the safety and compliance of site activities, ensuring alignment with contractor site regulations.
• Manage paperwork, training records, and vendor safety documentation
• Liaise with logistics teams, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of site operations.
• Monitor deliveries, supplies, and vendor access
• Handle customer and general site queries
• Maintain awareness of scope of work and vendor responsibilities
• Provide regular updates to the Project Director and broader team

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in site coordination, work health & safety, or project engineering within construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of safety documentation and compliance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with vendor scopes and construction logistics
• Candidates must have the correct working rights and a current national police clearance (or be willing to obtain).
