This one in Mackay is no exception, with 2 stages, including 10 duplexes for the first stage and a larger townhouse/unit development for the second stage. Your new role

A Site Manager role leading the first smaller project in a standalone role, with labour hire support, and support from a Foreman for the second stage / larger project. You will be overseeing subcontractors across all elements from the Civils through to turnkey final handover of the residential buildings. You will be called upon for your skills in construction supervision, using Procore to report on the progress and for documentation. You will also oversee safety using Sign on Site with assistance from their safety consultant.

Salary will be commensurate with experience, while up to $200k base is a good indicator. Our client is also open to paying candidates who wish to be paid to their own company via ABN. You will also be joining a well-regarded developer builder with a successful track record, supported by a well-organised back office.
