Their Sydney office is expanding, and they’re seeking a seasoned Site Manager to lead high-value projects in the CBD, Eastern Suburbs, and Northern Beaches.

Your new role

As Site Manager, you’ll take the reins on fit-out projects ranging from $5M to $10M, overseeing commercial, office, retail, and hospitality builds. You’ll manage site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure delivery to time, budget, and quality standards. Larger projects will see you supported by a Foreman and Site Coordinator, both reporting directly to you. You’ll be the key on-site leader, driving safety, program, and stakeholder communication.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience managing fit-out projects in the $5M–$10M range, from start to finish
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams, clients, and subcontractors effectively
  • Solid understanding of construction programs, WHS, and quality assurance
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and consultants
  • Trade background or construction management qualification preferred
  • Experience working in live environments or high-end commercial spaces is a plus
