Your new role

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for experienced Site Managers to join the team. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations on a range of fit-out projects across Sydney. Projects vary in size and complexity, and you’ll be supported by a collaborative and experienced leadership team. Flexibility to work across different sites is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing all on-site activities to ensure safety, quality, and program targets are met
• Coordinating subcontractors and trades
• Managing site logistics and resolving issues as they arise
• Communicating with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensuring compliance with WHS and company procedures

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the fit-out space
• Strong understanding of construction programs, site coordination, and safety standards
• Ability to lead by example and work well under pressure
• A hands-on, solutions-focused attitude – someone who gets things done
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Flexibility to work across multiple sites in Sydney
