Known for delivering high-quality institutional, community, and government projects, this organisation continues to secure a growing pipeline of education work across primary, secondary, and tertiary sectors.
Your new role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful on-site delivery of education projects valued between $5M-$30M. You will coordinate trades, manage subcontractors, uphold site safety standards, and ensure program milestones are achieved. You'll work closely with an experienced Project Manager and a supportive leadership team who value structured processes and collaborative delivery.
Key responsibilities include:What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering education sector projects
Strong understanding of D&C methodologies and government building standards
Ability to manage fast-paced sites with multiple trades
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
QBCC Site Supervisor or equivalent trade/industry qualification
