Your new role
As an Electrical Site Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind successful project delivery across three sites. You’ll lead planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and on budget.
Key responsibilities include:
Plan & Execute: Draft and monitor site schedules, ensuring compliance with project timelines.
Budget Control: Validate objectives, manage costs, and identify opportunities for savings.
Project Setup: Coordinate design reviews, kick-off meetings, and mobilise site teams.
Site Leadership: Oversee operations in line with contractual terms, quality plans, and HSE requirements.
Quality Assurance: Implement site quality plans and ensure accurate “As Built” documentation.
Reporting: Deliver monthly progress reports and maintain detailed project records.
Safety First: Enforce health and safety standards, conduct inspections, and manage incident response.
What you'll need to succeed - Proven experience in electrical site management for large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, quality management systems, and risk assessment practices.
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work across multiple sites and coordinate teams effectively.
