Your new role

As Site Manager, you will take full ownership of site operations on a high-rise residential project currently under construction in Brisbane. You will lead day-to-day delivery, coordinate subcontractors, drive the program, uphold safety standards, and ensure a high-quality finish in line with the project's premium design intent.

• Managing on-site construction activities from structure through to finishes
• Leading subcontractor coordination meetings and enforcing delivery expectations
• Monitoring program, sequencing, and site logistics on a live CBD site
• Ensuring compliance with WHS, QA, and environmental standards
• Working closely with the Project Manager and broader delivery team to maintain project milestones
• Maintaining strong relationships with trades, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-storey residential or high-rise projects. You'll bring:

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in a Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor role
• Experience running the full construction lifecycle of apartment towers
• Strong capability in finishes, sequencing, subcontractor coordination and program management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Relevant building qualifications and a commitment to safety and quality
