Hays has partnered with a well-established residential builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality townhouse developments, who is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team. With multiple projects underway across North Brisbane, and a healthy pipeline secure for the year ahead, this organisation offers stability, support and the chance to oversee well-structured, repeat-design projects.

Your new role

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end site supervision across medium-density townhouse projects. Your key duties will include:

• Coordinating trades, suppliers and site activities to ensure smooth daily operations
• Monitoring construction progress to meet project schedules and quality benchmarks
• Ensuring all work complies with WHS standards and QBCC requirements
• Managing site documentation, variations and daily reporting
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, consultants and internal teams
• Delivering completed stages on time and to the company/s quality expectations

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience supervising residential townhouse or medium-density projects

• Strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and subcontractor management

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Ability to maintain a clean, safe and efficient worksite

• QBCC Site Supervisor licence
