A well‑regarded residential construction company is seeking an experienced Foreman or Site Supervisor to join their team on a residential project located in South Brisbane. With a strong focus on quality delivery and efficient site operations, this builder is looking for a capable onsite leader to support the Site Manager and ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Your new role

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day supervision of onsite activities. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising subcontractors and coordinating daily site activities
• Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Monitoring quality control and workmanship standards
• Assisting with site safety, toolbox talks, and compliance requirements
• Identifying and resolving onsite issues as they arise
• Supporting the Site Manager with programme tracking and reporting
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and productive work environment

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor within residential construction
• A strong understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordination
• A hands‑on approach with strong leadership skills
• A commitment to safety and quality outcomes
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with site teams
• A trade background and relevant construction tickets (preferred)
• Previous Australian residential construction experience (essential)
