Your new role:
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all external works on a landmark commercial high-rise project. This includes overseeing groundworks, civil packages, façade installation, landscaping, and external services. You’ll work closely with the Site Manager, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure safety, quality, and program targets are met.

Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all external trades and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with WHS standards and site safety protocols
- Monitor progress and report on scheduling and productivity
- Liaise with engineers, consultants, and suppliers
- Drive quality assurance and defect minimisation
- Assist with site logistics and material deliveries
What you'll need to succeed:
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman on commercial high-rise projects
- Strong background in external works and civil packages
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- White Card and relevant trade qualifications
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
