Your new role

As a Site Foreman, you’ll lead the delivery of high-end commercial fit-out projects from start to finish. This role suits someone with a trade background - ideally in carpentry - who’s ready to step off the tools and take charge on site.

You’ll be interpreting plans, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards, and building strong client relationships. Like most roles in the construction industry, regular Saturday work is part of the norm here.

Once you're running your own project, you’ll also be eligible for a performance-based bonus scheme that rewards your leadership and results.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Solid trade background, with carpentry highly regarded
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial fit-out projects, with consistent tenure in previous roles
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting detailed construction drawings
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to manage subcontractors effectively
  • A proactive mindset and clear ambition to grow into a leadership position
  • Professional and confident in client-facing environments
  • Preference for candidates who’ve shown loyalty and longevity in past positions
