Site Engineer

🏗️ Site Engineer required for Tier 1 Builder | Sydney CBD | 6-Month Contract

A nationally recognised Tier 1 builder is seeking a highly capable Site Engineer to join their delivery team on a landmark commercial project in the heart of Sydney. This is a rare opportunity to work on a high-rise build that’s redefining the skyline—ideal for someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and wants to make their mark.

Your Role
Reporting to the Project Engineer and Site Manager, you’ll be instrumental in coordinating trades, managing site documentation, and ensuring quality and safety standards are upheld across all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with short-term programming and site coordination
  • Review drawings and ensure compliance with design and construction specs
  • Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
  • Monitor QA, safety, and environmental controls
  • Maintain site records, RFIs, and progress reports
  • Support the delivery of structural and architectural packages

You’ll Bring
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience on large-scale building projects.
  • Previous experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 builders
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Procore, Aconex, or similar platforms
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines
