• Oversee daily site operations and ensure project milestones are met
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain workflow and quality
• Monitor compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and site inspections

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site coordination
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
