Are you looking for a flexible role that fits around school hours or other commitments? Our client is seeking a proactive and personable Site Administrator to join their Stakeholder Engagement team on a temporary basis. This will be a 2-month contract with the possibility of extension. Starting ASAP on flexible part-time hours.
Flexible Work Options:
Option 1: 5 hours/day, 5 days/week (e.g., 9am–2pm)
Option 2: 3 full days/week
Your new role
This is a customer-facing role focused on supporting community engagement around local work. You will work in a small and supportive team, assisting with all administration and customer service duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and note-taking from stakeholder interactions
- Responding to emails with basic written communication
- Visiting residents to provide updates and gather feedback
- Using Word and Excel for documentation and reporting
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level writing skills
- Computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Comfortable speaking with residents and capturing feedback
- Organised and reliable, with a customer service mindset
