This role provides the opportunity to work across a variety of locations, supporting different teams and gaining broad exposure within the organisation.

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing enquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. This role is key to maintaining Aidacare’s reputation for quality and care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all interactions are professional, timely, and solution focused.
- Manage customer enquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information and efficient resolution of issues.
- Display empathy and understanding in all customer interactions, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
- Process orders and related documentation accurately, maintaining compliance with company standards and contractual requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Warehouse, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Aidacare’s product range through regular training to provide informed advice and support to customers.
- Utilise company systems effectively to manage orders, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in training to enhance skills and service quality.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to display empathy and understanding in all customer interactions.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders and documentation.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and liaise effectively with multiple departments.
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement and willingness to participate in training and development.
- Previous experience in a customer service or office-based role
