Your new company
My client is a large property developer / management company in Canning Vale looking for their next Shared Services Administrator. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to build on their skill set and work within a fast-paced environment.
Your new role
You will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to multiple services within the business whilst staffing the reception area. Day to day duties include but are not limited too;
Reception duties including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and responding to emails
Ensure all visitors and contractors are inducted and register is kept up to date
Inputting and processing of invoices
Ensuring files and the database is kept up to date
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar industry as an administrator and your strong attention to detail will lead you to your success, as will;
Ability to plan your work and prioritise tasks in order of urgency
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative
