What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams across operations in financial services
- Good communication skills and someone who can build rapport with teams and stakeholders
- The ability to be open; to analyse operations & processes and to put forward continuous improvement ideas
- Strong knowledge in mortgage operations with settlement experience desirable
- Passionate about achieving quality outcomes and coaching the team to continuously improve
