Your new role

As a settlements officer in this fast-paced position, you will handle back-end home loan processing.
Responsibilities include:

• Processing high volumes of home loan creations and settlements
• Assisting with preparation of document packages and reporting
• Corresponding with lawyers and lenders on any loan enquiries
• Assisting with conveyancer enquiries and registrations
• Accuracy and efficiency in all processes related to mortgage settlements, including refinancing
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and service standards

What you'll need to succeed

• Have experience or familiarity with mortgage settlements and banking operations.
• Be process-oriented and detail-focused, with a knack for handling repetitive tasks accurately and on time.
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills to manage high-volume workflows effectively
• Be a professional and friendly team player, with strong attention to detail and the ability to think outside the box.
