A highly respected commercial builder is seeking a Services Engineer to join their delivery team on a landmark institutional project in Western Sydney. This is a contract role with real impact—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to drive building services coordination from concept to commissioning.

• Coordinate building services (MEP) across design and construction phases
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues
• Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with design intent and standards
• Monitor installation progress and assist with commissioning plans
• Ensure services integration with architectural and structural elements
• Support the Site Manager and Project Engineer with services-related programming

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• 3+ years’ experience in services coordination on commercial builds
• Strong understanding of BCA, NCC, and Australian Standards
• Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 builders or services contractors
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines
