A leading ServiceNow partner is growing their ServiceNow capability and is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Tester to support major platform enhancements and end‑to‑end implementation work. This role suits someone who enjoys breaking things in the best possible way with a strong eye for detail, structured test practices, and hands‑on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules.

Your new role

You’ll join a high-performing ServiceNow team working across complex workflows, integrations, and multi‑module implementations. This is not BAU testing. You’ll be involved in real delivery, supporting upgrades, new modules, and enterprise-scale transformation programs.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow implementations and upgrades
  • UAT, and API testing across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules
  • Validate integrations, data flows, and workflow logic across multiple systems
  • Work closely with developers, BA's, and product owners to ensure quality outcomes
  • Support automated testing using ATF (ServiceNow Automated Test Framework)
  • Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Tester or QA Analyst in enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and module behaviour
  • Hands-on experience testing across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or similar modules
  • Experience with API testing (Postman, SoapUI, or similar)
  • Familiarity with ATF and automation concepts
  • Ability to work in Agile delivery teams and in a fast-paced project environment
  • Exposure to government or highly regulated environments
  • ServiceNow certifications (ITSM, HRSD, ATF, or similar)
