Your new role

You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and supporting integrations across a wide range of ServiceNow implementations. Working within a partner environment means exposure to diverse projects, modern architecture, and the opportunity to influence best practice across multiple clients.

You will be:
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
  • Working across REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and custom integration patterns
  • Collaborating with architects and developers to deliver scalable, secure integration solutions
  • Supporting end‑to‑end implementation projects, including discovery, design, build, and deployment

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and platform capabilities
  • Proven experience delivering integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
  • Exposure to ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or other enterprise modules
  • Ability to work across multiple projects in a consulting or partner environment
  • Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
  • A tertiary education in information technology, alongside ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS‑ITSM, IntegrationHub, or similar) is highly advantageous.
