Your new role

As the Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for IT support, delivering high-quality technical assistance across a national user base. You will provide both first and second level support while ensuring excellent customer service across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing Level 1 & 2 IT support across phone, email, Teams, and face-to-face
  • Managing incidents and service requests through to resolution within SLA
  • Supporting Microsoft 365, Teams, and core business applications
  • User administration and onboarding/offboarding support
  • Setting up and maintaining laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and AV equipment
  • Assisting with remote office support and national operations
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and knowledge articles
  • Promoting security best practices and compliance standards



What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in a Service Desk or Desktop Support role

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g. Freshservice or similar)
  • Exposure to remote support environments
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
Desirable:
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Experience with Citrix or SharePoint
  • Relevant IT qualifications (MCP, MCSA or similar)

What you'll get in return

In return, you will receive a salary of $75k-$80k+Super on a permanent basis, alongside great additional benefits and the opportunity to work within a large national organisation.
