Your new role
The Service Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of Support at Home and Commonwealth Home Support Programs and other services for older people at home. The role ensures services are high-quality, efficiently scheduled and delivered and comply with legislation, regulations and standards. This role supervises Care Partners for the intake, planning, monitoring and review of supports for older people within the constraints of pooled care management minutes and best utilises client budgets to support their independence.
