Hays is partnered with an organisation that is seeking an efficient and customer-focused Service Dispatcher to coordinate field operations and ensure the smooth delivery of technical services. This is a fast paced role that requires an experienced administrator who is able to multitask to a high capability whilst delivering clear communications to colleagues and customers.
Your new role
Schedule, assign and dispatch technicians to service jobs
Liaise with clients and technicians to coordinate daily service activities
Monitor and manage work orders through relevant portals
Raise purchase orders and support monthly invoicing and financial reconciliation
Maintain staff registers, update skill matrices and complete data entry
Manage the service inbox and incoming calls professionally
Provide accurate weekly/monthly reporting on service operations
Organise files, process mail and manage ad-hoc admin tasks
Multitask in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible and solution-oriented
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in administration or service coordination roles
Exceptional time management, communication, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced level)
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach
A current driving licence
Understanding of safety and quality practices aligned with ISO standards
