Contract until 31 October 2025 35 hours per week | 7-hour days Client Location – Sydney, NSW
We're looking for a reliable and tech-savvy individual to support our client's IT operations. As the first point of contact for IT support, you’ll help ensure smooth and efficient technology services across the organisation.
In this role, you will:
Provide day-to-day technical support and guidance to users of computer hardware, software, and peripherals
Log, monitor, and resolve service desk requests and incidents in line with agreed service levels.
Escalate unresolved technical issues in accordance with support procedures
Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts, systems, and devices
Support the rollout and troubleshooting of corporate applications and collaboration tools
Contribute to the improvement of knowledge base resources and IT documentation
Deliver courteous and proactive customer service to all internal stakeholders
