Your new role

As a Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for service desk requests, providing analysis and resolution in line with agreed procedures. You’ll log incidents, allocate calls, and respond to a wide range of service requests. You’ll also contribute to project activities and play a key role in supporting the technology environment.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Deployment of Windows 11 to users on new or existing laptops
  • Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills with a focus on customer service and user support
  • Proven experience in an ITIL work environment
  • Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical clients and colleagues
  • Awareness of parliamentary operations, policies, and technology use
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
