Your new role
As a Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for service desk requests, providing analysis and resolution in line with agreed procedures. You’ll log incidents, allocate calls, and respond to a wide range of service requests. You’ll also contribute to project activities and play a key role in supporting the technology environment.
