Your new role

In this exciting new role, you will be:
  • Leading a team of engineers.
  • Handling escalations, whilst mentoring and training engineers
  • Performing technical support for servers, network and hardware.
  • Leading with the delivery of infrastructure projects.

What you'll need to succeed

  • MSP experience is essential.
  • Delivering a range of technical support services, from basic troubleshooting to more complex desktop-related issues.
  • Managing and maintaining cloud-based platforms, including Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure.
  • Providing support and upkeep for Windows servers and desktop environments.
  • Handling the setup and maintenance of network security tools and firewall systems.
  • Offering advanced support for internet connectivity, VoIP systems, and hosted PBX solutions.
  • Escalating complex IT problems to senior technical staff when required.
  • Configuring and deploying new hardware including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and network infrastructure, along with software, cybersecurity tools, and communication systems.
  • Installing approved software across servers and user devices as needed.
  • The role may involve working directly at client sites depending on requirements.
