Your new company
Victorian department that ensure equitable, streamlined, and cost-effective legal services for the community by rendering judgments on a diverse array of cases or by assisting individuals in resolving conflicts. They are looking for a User Experience Designer for a 6-month contract.
Your new role
You’ll need to understand department’s functions for different user groups, translate research into high-fidelity wireframes and visual designs, and manage complexities in legacy systems. Work independently and with teams, facilitate workshops, and plan and execute usability tests to validate solutions. Create reports and design artefacts to communicate research findings, and collaborate with stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
Ability to translate insights into prototypes.
Proficiency in design systems.
Comfort with ambiguity and legacy systems.
Effective collaboration and independent work.
Service Design / UX: Experience in designing and improving user experiences and services.
Intake & Referrals: Expertise in managing and processing client intake and referral systems.
Customer Service Operations: Proficiency in overseeing and optimizing customer service processes
Expertise in managing and processing client intake and referral systems.
Ability to visualize and present research insights.
Experience in justice, social/community services, or public health-related organizations.
