North West Sydney | Full-time | Monday–Friday (3pm finish on Fridays!)

We’re currently looking for a Service Coordinator / Administrator to join a well-established manufacturing company. This is a full-time, office-based role located in North West Sydney, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a supportive, fast-paced environment and being the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly.
About the role

In this position, you’ll work closely with the engineering and service teams, helping to coordinate service activities while also supporting the wider business with general administration tasks. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customers, engineers, and internal teams are all aligned.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinating service jobs and supporting the service engineers
  • Scheduling, tracking, and following up service requests
  • Maintaining and updating CRM records
  • Assisting with documentation, reports, and general office administration
  • Liaising with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth operations
  • Providing day-to-day admin support to the service and operations teams

About you

  • Previous experience as a Service Coordinator or Administrator is a must
  • A background in manufacturing, laboratory instruments, engineering, or a technical service environment is ideal but not essential
  • Strong CRM system experience is a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
