Your new company

Your new company is a WA-owned and operated maintenance management, refurbishment and minor works company that provides a complete service approach to managing and maintaining building assets. The office is located in Applecross.

Your new role

The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the delivery of reactive Maintenance, planned services, and minor work by managing work orders, Maintaining client communication, and supporting subcontractors and internal Trade teams. The role also includes contributing to broader business needs. Through general administrative support and, where required, assisting Project Managers with coordination of tasks to help facilitate the smooth delivery of Project works.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Prior experience in a Coordination, scheduling, or administrative role within a maintenance, Facilities, or construction environment.
  • Proven ability to manage Multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced operational setting.
  • Strong communication and Interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, subcontractors, and Internal teams.
  • Sound knowledge of job Management systems (e.g. ServiceM8 or similar) and basic workflow Tracking.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Purchase orders, invoicing, and general financial administration.
  • Familiarity with contractor Compliance requirements, including licences, insurance, and HSE Obligations.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
