A well-established and respected trade services business based in Condell Park is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler / Service Coordinator to support the delivery of installation and service works across Sydney.
This is a critical, hands-on coordination role within a fast‑paced operational environment, suited to someone who enjoys managing daily schedules, working closely with technicians, and being the central link between customers, production, and field teams.

Your new role

Reporting into the operations team, you will take ownership of day‑to‑day scheduling and coordination activities, ensuring work is planned efficiently and delivered on time.
You will be heavily involved in the operational flow of the business and play a key role in keeping jobs moving, customers informed, and field teams supported.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling and coordinating installers, service technicians, and contractors
Managing daily job allocation and responding to schedule changes
Processing customer orders and service requests
Liaising closely with internal production teams to confirm job readiness
Advising customers on lead times, delivery, and installation schedules
Raising and processing invoices and purchase orders
Supporting job close and credit control

What you'll need to succeed

You will bring a practical, service‑focused mindset and be comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can shift quickly.
To be successful, you will ideally have:

Experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler, Operations Coordinator, or similar role
Background within trade services, maintenance, technical services, or installations
Proven experience scheduling technicians or field‑based teams
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Confidence dealing with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Solid administration skills including invoicing and documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel essential)
