Your new role
As the Service Control Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the day-to-day operations of the service department. Reporting to the Service Coordinator, you will assist in scheduling jobs, liaising with clients and technicians, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. Key responsibilities include:
Logging and issuing service calls
Setting up quoted jobs and maintaining job files
Entering timesheets and preparing paperwork for invoicing
Updating client portals and maintaining accurate database records
Assisting with maintenance contracts and subcontractor setup
Creating monthly site reports and supporting supervisors
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role and performance driven attitude will lead you to your success, as will:
Strong organisational and time management skills
Intermediate MS Excel and Word proficiency
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
