Your new role
- Coordinate and schedule service jobs and technicians
- Prepare and process work orders, invoices, and purchase orders
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Respond to customer and supplier queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with reporting and general administrative tasks
- Collaborate with the service team to meet deadlines and service delivery standards
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- 3+ years in the administration area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in service administration or similar role preferred
