Your new role

As a Senior Test Analyst, you’ll be a key member of the ERP/SAP testing team, supporting the Payroll Test Lead and reporting to the Test Manager. Your role will involve coordinating and executing testing activities across SAP S/4HANA modules, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of payroll systems. You’ll create and manage test artefacts, lead defect management processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
  • Proven experience in SAP HR/Payroll testing, including system integration testing.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP technologies such as ECC, S/4HANA, and SuccessFactors.
  • Expertise in testing methodologies and tools, with a solid grasp of the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
  • Desirable qualifications include ISTQB Foundation Level Testing Certificate and experience with SAP Activate Methodology.
